I love this place so much! I come here all the time for the exact same order every time because it’s just so amazing - a nutter butter bowl with chocolate hazelnut spread. Never has disappointed. The presentation of the bowl is nice looking, and the taste is phenomenal every time. Workers have always been friendly and come and hand you your bowl. Clean environment too 10/10

I got the Blueberry Cheesecake shake and Mac Daddy Wrap. It’s amazing this place is so delicious AND healthy! Ingredients are trust worthy and I felt satisfied in a non-bloated way. I feel so grateful this place is an option all around.

I ordered online not realizing that the store closed at 6pm and once I realized my order I submitted at 6:02pm was for the next morning at 7:30am I tried to cancel the order I was unable to do it on the website. Being it was only just after 6pm literally 6:02 i called the store no answer and no voicemail. So I sent an email directly to the glenville location advising to cancel the order the time was a mistake. Furthermore the next morning I called at 7am to ensure my order was cancelled. I was told it was not and that a manager would get back to me. I asked for a refund because it was an error and the order should have been canceled since all of my efforts the day prior. I sent over all of the documents from the day before once again to show my attempts to cancel the order and receive a refund. I had an email exchange with the corporation who included the owner which I never received a response regarding a refund. So they pretty much kept my money and never provided a service. Had someone answered the phone just after the store closed or checked the email this should have been taken care of. I will never attempt to order from this company again. Bare Blends is my go-to spot! Everything is always fresh and delicious. Want to give a special shout out to Braylen that works there. He is always friendly, professional, and provides amazing customer service every time I go in. It’s always nice to see younger employees with great work ethic! Highly recommend

My delivery experience. I was excited to try this place for breakfast, but unfortunately my order didn’t come out as expected. I ordered the Immunity Ignite drink and paid extra for no ice and extra ginger. The drink arrived with a lot of ice and no extra ginger added. For the pesto egg sandwich I requested gluten-free bread and I added maple sweet potato for an additional charge, but that wasn’t included. On the spicy egg and cheese sandwich, I requested regular bread with extra spinach, but there wasn’t any spinach. Also, according to the website, gluten-free sandwiches are wrapped in foil, and both of my sandwiches came wrapped in foil, so I honestly can’t tell whether they were both gluten-free or both made with the regular bread type. That was confusing. Overall most of the add-ons or special requests I paid extra for weren’t followed. I understand mistakes can happen, but I hope the team can pay closer attention to order details in the future, especially when customers are paying for modifications. The food itself tasted good, but accuracy and clarity are just as important for a positive experience.
